It is a free service available to help you get all of the eligible life changing benefits and tax credits available! We know that applying for benefits can be a confusing, time consuming and difficult experience. Shepherd Links simplifies the process - making it easier for you to access the programs you need to be healthy and secure. Shepherd Links is a program available that can help you apply for a range of benefits - such as Food Stamps and Medical Benefits - and also file federal and state taxes. You sit with a trained counselor who assists you with entering information into the computer system. When the questions to the application or tax return are answered, Shepherd Links generates the completed form for you to review then prints, or electronically submits the application.
